He monitors your Plan’s investments on a quarterly basis via an Investment Committee that he organizes and manages. All of his actions prove his commitment - that being to help guide you, your employees and your families on a path towards a comfortable retirement.
On the group insurance side, Rohn helps you realize your vision of your company’s group insurance benefits. He analyzes your existing employee benefit plans (if you already have them), finds out what is working and what is not, takes into account the demographics of your workforce and your industry, then finds and explains to you the viable, alternative plans that would improve them. Again, like retirement plans, Rohn is deeply involved in all aspects of your group insurance programs . . . from setting them up, to making you aware of new approaches to health care that encourage your employees to see their doctors and take preventative health actions - actions that can result in a more productive workforce and lower, more stable premiums. He educates and enrolls your employees, answers their on-going questions, and is actively involved with addressing any insurance-related problems that may arise. All this to ensure that you, your employees and their families are protected from life’s health-related issues.
